Refund policy

Your first payment, refunded within 14 days, no questions asked.

The short version

Email support@sherbetapps.com within 14 days of buying Pro and we refund it, no questions asked. That covers the first payment.

How to ask

• Write from the email address you bought with, and include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it.
• We confirm, and the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with. Your bank can take up to 10 days to show it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for, after which Sherbet carries on as the free version. Renewals are not part of the 14-day refund, so cancel before one charges: you can do that at any time in the portal, and nothing is charged after you cancel. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made, so ask for the refund as well if you want one.

The free version and the trial

The free version costs nothing, and so does the 7-day Pro trial, which asks for no card, so there is nothing to refund. After a refund or a cancellation you keep the free version.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway and we will look at it. If you live in the EU or the UK you also keep any right of withdrawal the law gives you, and Lemon Squeezy may refund a payment at its own discretion under its buyer terms.
